POWER G is an acronym for Police Officers With Educated Responsible Girls. This program, will kick off in February and conclude in May. After this semester, we will go along with the school calendar and will continue to meet the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at the Envision Center at 4pm. (program will last about an hour) The curriculum will be han-dled by the Police Department with the help of HABG staff to provide support. The Envision center will target 20 girls max in middle and high school. We plan to focus on: fitness, defense tactics, health, make up, cooking, vehicle maintenance, budget, education, home economics, self-esteem, inner beauty, etiquette, and empowerment.
