You might pickup the Declaration-Applications package from our main office or you can download from our website here. You must print and complete the application along with gather all required documents before you can setup an appointment with our Occupancy Specialist, Shawn Sales.
You will need:
- Birth Certificates for everyone
- Social Security cards for everyone
- Picture I.D.’s for everyone over the age 18 yrs
- Any information related to income (wages, retirement, SS/SSI payments, TANF & child Support)
FORT WEBB MANOR (subsidized housing 1 bedroom unit — must be elderly 62 years of age or older to apply)

FORT WEBB MANOR PHASE 2 ( market rent housing for 1-2 bedroom units- must be 55 years of age or older to apply)
