Built in 1927, the 4,000 square foot Garvin House at Fort Webb stands two stories tall on more than 13 acres of rolling hills sprinkled with mature trees, authentic barns and other original buildings-including a real outhouse. Garvin House location within a walking distance from Bowling Green Country Club, and about two miles from downtown Bowling Green. Beech Bend Raceway is three miles down the road, and Bowling Green’s enchanting River walk is just a mile away.
It is a great place to hose a wedding reception, bridal shower, or baby shower. Consider the Garvin House at Fort Webb when you plan your next family reunion, holiday gathering, retirement party or adult birthday party. The atmosphere and accommodation here are also suitable for graduation dinners and class reunions.
The Garvin House has an indoor meeting room capacity of up to 80 people with tables and 100 without tables. There are additional breakout rooms to separate into smaller groups, outdoor back deck along with unlimited outdoor crowd capacity and plenty of free parking. The Garvin House has a handicap-accessible entrance ramp for your convenience. The house contains: one large meeting room, one formal dining room, two living rooms/ meeting rooms, three bathrooms, and a large remodeled kitchen with plenty of counter-top space.
- The cost to rent the Garvin House is $400 per day
- A $200 refundable cleaning/security deposit is also required
- There will be an additional charge for use the media equipment and bride & groom room.
