Fort Webb Manor Phase I- 36 unit apartments subsidized housing with patio and accessible for elderly at age 62 or older to apply. To be eligible applicants/residents must be in a very-low income guideline.
HOW TO APPLY
In order to have your name placed on any of our public housing waiting list, you must complete the preliminary application by pickup the declaration at our main office or using the link below:
Fort Webb Manor Phase II- 20 unit 1 bedroom- 2 bedrooms apartments for elderly at age 55 or older to apply. Section 8 Voucher from Warren County is acceptable.
$555 for 1 bedroom
$675 for 2 bedrooms

Hand-delivered, faxed or e-mailed applications will not be accepted.
Application are taken by appointment ONLY. Once you completed the application and gathered all the documents requested you may call us to set up an interview.
Once your name has been placed on any of our program waiting lists you must notify the Housing Authority in writing with any changes to your application, i.e., family size, address, income, etc.
