In order to have your name placed on any of our public housing waiting list, you must complete the preliminary application by pickup the declaration at our main office or using the link below:
Hand-delivered, faxed or e-mailed applications will not be accepted.
Application are taken by appointment ONLY.Ā Once you completed the application and gathered all the documents requested you may call us at (270) 843-6071 to set up an interview with Shawn Sales.
Once your name has been placed on any of ourĀ program waiting lists you must notify the Housing Authority in writing with any changes to your application, i.e., family size, address, income, etc.
