Summit View/ Gordon Ave

The Gordon Avenue apartment complex is located on Hwy 185 within walking distance of the Housing Authority’s main office. The Gordon Avenue two story duplexes have also been recently renovated. The bedroom breakdown for Gordon Avenue is as follows: 1 bedroom - 60 units, 2 bedrooms - 38 units, 3 bedrooms - 38 units, 4 bedrooms - 7 units, 5 bedrooms - 4 units. A licensed day care operated and managed by Western Kentucky University Campus Child Care is also available on site.
The Summit View complex is located adjacent from the Housing Authority’s main office. The complex encompasses 190 units, which includes 11 - Zero bedroom units, 48 - one bedroom units, 50 - two bedroom units, 52 - three bedroom units, and 6 - five bedroom units. Some units have washer and dryer hookup, but there is a laundry mat located on site for those units who don’t have the washer/dryer hookup.

Phenix Place

Phenix Place is the Housing Authority’s newest renovated apartment complex. Located on Old Morgantown Rd, Phenix Place offers 32 two bedroom and 36 three bedroom apartments, 4 of the 2 bedroom units are handicap accessible. These apartments are top of the line including beautiful cabinetry, large living rooms, and spacious kitchens with washer and dryer hook-ups. This complex offers a playground and learning center for children which can be used for a Resident Meeting Room.

Angora Court

The Angora Court apartment complex is located off Old Barren River Road. Angora Court has recently received a complete exterior renovation, including windows, gutters, roofs, etc. All units at Angora Court are equipped with washer/dryer hookups. There are a total of 90 units with 38 being one bedroom units, 30 two bedroom units and 22 three bedroom units.

Bryant Place

The Bryant Way complex is centrally located to Scottsville Road. The complex has a total of 10 one bedroom units, 64 two bedroom units, and 24 three bedroom units. The three bedroom units are equipped with washer/dryer hookup, but there is a laundry mat located on site. A licensed day care operated and managed by Western Kentucky University Campus Childcare is also available on site.
